- Develop internal developer productivity and quality platforms --- standardizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), automating deployments, and creating reusable code libraries; integrate security and quality tooling (SonarQube, Trivy, SIG) to reduce release errors and accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, sales, and marketing teams to align technology direction with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead solution architecture and technical pre-sales, engaging directly with banking, law enforcement, and EU stakeholders to define requirements and secure contracts.
- Conduct biannual performance reviews, recruitment, and promotion cycles, fostering growth and succession planning across teams.
- Manage company participation and technical work packages in EU-funded projects (H2020, Horizon Europe), ensuring compliance and alignment with consortium objectives.
- Ensure security and privacy compliance (ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27701:2019), embedding governance standards and quality policies across engineering workflows.
